Hebrews

Bible study requires effort, and the book of Hebrews is a good example!

The book of Hebrews establishes many important theological pillars for the church, especially the relationship of the New Testament to the old, the importance of the sanctuary, and the atonement. That wasn't its intended purpose, however. It just does all those things on the way to encouraging its audience to persevere in their walk with God so they can attain the final reward.

This reader's guide emphasizes especially my own study guide to the book of Hebrews, but also points the way to many other resources for your study. You should also consult the general Bible study and New Testament resources for a complete set of tools for your study of this important book.

To the Hebrews: A Participatory Study Guide

Energion.com Description: I'm the author of this book -- HN. My intention in writing this book was to provide an outline for study that would work for individuals or small groups and would allow each person to decide how much time to put into the study. This is not a five minute a day book, but it is also not a college text. It is not a commentary; it is a guide to help you find your own understanding of the book of Hebrews. It is built around the participatory method of Bible study. There is space in the book for your own notes.
